MEET THE TEAM

Dr. Bauer received her degree in veterinary medicine from LSU in 2014 then moved out to Las Vegas for the first year of her career.  She moved to St. Louis in 2015 and has worked in the St Louis area ever since. She has a passion for small animal preventative care, dentistry, and surgery. In her spare time, Dr. Bauer loves spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter, Aurora. Dr. Bauer grew up in Louisiana and will always be an LSU and Saints football fan, as well as have a taste for southern food and crawfish.  

Dr. Alicia decided she was going to be a veterinarian at 5 years of age and started toward this goal at the age of 16. This is where she got her first job at a veterinary clinic and worked every position until getting into Veterinary School at Mizzou. Dr. Alicia graduated in 2014 and started her career in Chicago, IL. She made her way back to her hometown in 2018. Dr. Alicia has a special interest in fear-free techniques and views client education along with the comfort of her patient as a top priority. Other interests include nutrition, neurology, and surgery. Dr. Alicia likes to spend her free time with her children, husband and dog, Layla. They enjoy spending time outdoors with sport activities, hiking, biking, and occasional rock climbing. Dr. Alicia also loves to read when she finds time. Her favorite foods are frozen yogurt and jalapeno chips and she is terrified of heights! 

Dr. Fahnestock began her career with four years as a registered veterinary technician, then graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. Through her work in general practice, she has been inspired by the strength of the human-animal bond, and the importance of caring for both pet and pet owner. Her interests include preventative medicine, surgery, behavior, and exotics medicine. Outside of work, Dr. Fahnestock enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, camping, and gardening, but also loves to relax at home with her husband, 4-year old son, two cats and one dog. Her favorite food is chocolate and she is an ever-growing houseplant enthusiast.

My name is Scott and I am a prospective Veterinary School student who loves being around and helping animals, and can’t wait to become a doctor! I have been working with animals for almost 6 years and have not regretted it for a second, starting out by getting my Certification of Veterinary Assistance at South County Tech High School. I am a huge fan of all sports, both watching and playing them, but also love spending time with friends and family, and I’m even happier when I’m doing both!!

Meet our resident spooky enthusiast — a horror-loving bookworm with a heart for animals and a house full of them! When she’s not spending time with her two kids, you’ll likely find her caring for her lively crew of pets, including multiple reptiles, a tarantula, two dogs, fish, several cats, and even ducks. A fan of all things eerie and mysterious, she enjoys diving into a good horror novel or settling in for a scary movie marathon during her free time. Whether she’s wrangling pets or recommending the next must-watch horror flick, she brings creativity, fun, and a little spooky charm wherever she goes.

Katelyn, loves spending time outdoors and is always up for an adventure, especially hiking with her husband and exploring new trails. At home, she and her husband stay busy with their two dogs and five cats, who definitely keep life entertaining. She’s highly competitive when it comes to games and enjoys any chance for a little friendly competition. A true foodie at heart, she’s always excited to try new restaurants, recipes, and local favorites.

A lover of the outdoors and creative hobbies, she enjoys camping trips, rollerblading, longboarding, crafting, and days spent at the river with her husband and daughter. She’s passionate about all kinds of music, proudly embraces her Disney fandom, and shares her home with three dogs and one cat who keep life entertaining.

Outside of work, Stacey is a proud mom of four amazing kids and a busy pet owner to two dogs, one cat, and a bearded dragon. She loves spending time at the lake with her family, tending to her garden, and filling her home with indoor plants. In her free time, she enjoys reading, painting, and anything Disney-related. Whether she’s relaxing outdoors or getting creative with a new project, family and creativity are central to everything she does.

Sara recently tied the knot and is enjoying this exciting new chapter of life. A gamer at heart, she loves unwinding with her favorite games, getting lost in a good book, or working on intricate cross-stitch projects. A proud homebody, she enjoys cozy days at home surrounded by her beloved dog and two cats. She also has a passion for indoor plants and loves creating a warm, welcoming space filled with greenery and comfort.

I attended Jefferson College for Veterinary Technology and earned my RVT license in 2021. I have been working in the veterinary field since graduating high school, starting out as a kennel worker and growing my passion for animal care from there.

Outside of work, I’m married and have a wonderful little girl. Our home is also full of animals with 3 dogs and 1 bearded dragon. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, spending time at the beach, and catching up on sleep whenever possible.

I have been at Noah's Ark for almost a year. I am proud to help people keep their pets healthy. I have 2 cats, Autumn and Oreo. I enjoy outdoor activities in my spare time.

Mindy is a veterinary technician with 25 years of experience, a proud mom of two, and a full-time animal lover w/four dogs and two cats keeping life interesting with her husband of 20 years!

When she’s not caring for pets, you’ll find her gardening, bird watching, sneaking in a good nap, or convincing herself she definitely needed one more thing from Poshmark!

Family-oriented and creative, with a love for reading, crafts, and spending time with fur babies. Enjoys bringing warmth, creativity, and a positive attitude to both work and everyday life.

Janessa joined Noah’s Ark in 2021. She began her career in animal care at age 16 as a kennel assistant and has since developed strong interests in exotic-animal medicine, preventive care, and Fear Free practices. Outside of work, Janessa enjoys spending time with her three German Shepherds, three cats, a leopard gecko, and a blue-and-gold 

Kat enjoys helping care for animals and appreciates being part of a team that supports pets and their families. She has worked in different areas of animal care and still loves learning something new every day. Outside the clinic, she enjoys gardening, nature, exploring history and sharing her home with two cats — including one cat with very short legs and very strong opinions. 

I’m passionate about veterinary medicine and creating environments where both people and animals feel cared for.

Outside of work, my life revolves around my family, fur babies Nala, Pyper and Skittles and all the little moments that bring joy. I love reading and taking on home improvement projects!
